10-Year Warranty

At Kardz.Biz, we are extremely proud of our product’s craftsmanship and durability, and we aim to provide you with complete peace of mind.

Up to 10 years after your Kardz order, you are eligible for a free replacement should your Kardz become damaged. 

What is covered?

  • Accidental Damage
  • Any cosmetic damage (e.g. cracks, scratches etc.)
  • Damage to the electronics 

Replacements will be a like for like product or similar specification up to a maximum of your original product purchase price paid or its relative proportion when only part of an order is damaged.

If you have a product that is no longer available, we shall provide you with the next equivalent at no further cost.

Important Information

  • The 10-year Warranty covers up to 10 replacements
  • The damaged product will need to be returned/shipped to be eligible for a replacement
  • Postage, packaging, and handling costs will be charged on returns 

Please contact talktous@kardz.biz with an image of the damaged Kardz to activate your warranty.

Cancellation & Refund

If there are any issues or concerns with your Kardz.Biz order, please feel free to send an email to talktous@kardz.biz so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Orders are eligible for full refunds on the basis that we receive a cancellation request within 48 hours after purchase. Any cancellation requests received after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

Any error in Kardz.Biz production or if you received anything different from the approved order, we will replace it with a new order at no additional cost. To be eligible for a replacement please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please note that we cannot, take responsibility for customer errors, or the inability to visualize the final product(s) when ordering.
